Welcome to our web site
Community Title is a full-spectrum title company. Our title department is on-site, not out of area. At our inception, our focus was on Lender and Builder Services. However, time and demands have generated a much larger spectrum of escrow transactions. Likewise, our title department has grown proportionately. We insure for two underwriting entities and include builder services, TSG services for outside and afflilated foreclosure companies.
