Our History

Community Title Services of Nevada, LLC is located in Las Vegas and was established in 2003. We are a full-service title company with a professional staff of closing agents, specializing in deed-mortgage loan document preparation and closings. We provide notary services and escrow accounts and we are fully insured and bonded. Our title insurance is exclusively written through Nevada Federal Credit Union and Universal Land Title, which is based out of Florida.
